Job Summary
The Front Desk Officer is responsible for administrative support tasks which include answering phone calls, receiving and directing visitors and distributing mails, resolving guest relative issues, handles reservations, responsible for upselling services and products to walk-in guests.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out
- Handling reservations in the absence of the Reservation Agent
- Upselling services and products to walk-in guest
- Receiving phone calls and dealing with them appropriately including managing reservations and confirming availability in liaison with the Hotel Manager.
- Providing excellent customer service to guests.
- Maintenance of an accurate document management system.
- Managing Access Keys to rooms
- Any other tasks as and when required by the management.
